A massive sinkhole mysteriously opens up in Los Angeles, separating part of a family in an unexplainable primeval world, alongside a desperate group of strangers.
Dreamscreen provided instrumental support to NBC Universal’s production of La Brea season one. A uniquely shaped LED volume (30m by 6m) was built at Melbourne’s Dockland studios as well as a dedicated simulated travel volume.

LA BREA - SEASON 2
Season two continues the time-traveling adventure that began when a massive sinkhole opened in Los Angeles. This season, the Harris family still find themselves separated across parallel worlds and embark on a dangerous journey to reunite.
La Brea Season 2 challenged virtual production to truly enter another dimension, with virtual environments becoming more dynamic and scaling larger than any other production to hit Australia’s shores.
Dreamscreen Australia - in partnership with Tracklab, Spectre Studios and TDC - delivered a range of bespoke virtual environments used as set extensions, simulated travel and interactive displays.
