Dreamscreen show-cased a small virtual production exhibit and launch video starring Deakin's Vice-Chancellor Iain Martin recently at Geelong’s waterfront campus. The event was held to announce Deakin and Dreamscreen's partnership and plans to build a Virtual Production hub in Geelong.
Government and industry were present to celebrate the announcement. ‘The world of video production is rapidly evolving. And LED-volume, virtual production is becoming the gold standard for broadcast and cinematic production. Deakin is proud to give students and creatives access to some of the most exciting film production technologies in the world,’ said Professor Iain Martin, Vice-Chancellor at Deakin.
